Reid Ferguson
Hello, my name is Reid Ferguson and I am the Livian WI/MN Team CEO. I have a very diverse background in the real estate industry and began my professional career by obtaining a Business Marketing Degree from Southwest State University. From there I became a project manager for Building Contracting Inc., After deciding I wanted to be in business for myself, I started Ferguson Appraisals Inc and was a residential appraiser for five years. Searching for even better opportunities, I obtained my WI & MN Real Estate licenses in 2000 and am now the proud owner/investor in the Keller Williams Realty Market Center in Hudson WI. I currently reside in Hudson, WI, but have previously lived in Minneapolis, Eau Claire, and Houlton as well, giving me a strong knowledge of the area.
Over the years I developed a passion for wealth management. My passion grew out of wanting to grow passive income. I started growing my passive income by acquiring Real Estate investments and by building businesses. I currently have 12 rental units, 10 long-term rentals, and 2 short-term rentals (vacation rentals). I also currently have 3 business ventures. Ferguson Real Estate LLC, Keller Williams Hudson Realty Franchise, and Assured Builders LLC
Another passion of mine is health and fitness. At the age of 55, I completed my first IRONMAN competition in Lake Placid NY, and have completed 2 more as well.
In my spare time, I enjoy running, working out, kayaking, boating, UTVing, and spending time with my family, wife, daughters, grandkids, and relatives.
